Samsung copy of the iPhone?
Apple is suing the South Korean electronics giant for $2.5bn, asserting in a suit filed last year that Samsung made "a deliberate decision to copy" the iPhone and iPad, infringing technology patents. Samsung is now the world's largest smartphone manufacturer. But is that truth that Samsung copied anything from Apple iPhone?
O.k. let's leave the aliens stories. We are on Earth in case someone forgot. So what if Samsung became the largest smartphone manufacturer. They had a fair fight for that place and from my opinion, not by stealing anything. Lets see why:
1. Did you know that 25% of the iPhone components are from Samsung? Search on Google.
2. The touch screen phones were invented all most 20 years before that iPhone. The first touch screen mobile phone is named IBM Simon and was Launched in 1992.
3.Do you know the iPaq and I-Mate phones? None of them made by Apple by the way!
Oh my God! Both of them have touch screen like iPhone, icons like iPhone and centre buttons like iPhone. Why Apple didn't sue those producers too? Because those are phones that were released 6 to 8 years before iPhone.
4. Did you know that HTC was leader in touch screen smart phones and pocket pc long time before Apple to even have the idea of producing smart phones? Google HTC Wallaby and select images on search. HTC wallaby was Released in 2002. Apple iPhone the first in 2007.
5.The argument that: ''many people had brought back Samsung tablets as an excuse that, they just bought them by mistake thinking that are Apple iPad tablets''
I'm sorry! I do not understand you, I'm new around here! I bought by mistake a donkey instead of a cow. For 2 weeks I didn't got any milk... impossible... But because it's still in warranty, I got back the donkey, maybe you can give me a cow in exchange...
What do you think? Dis Samsung stole something from iPhone? What?
